Visit in the palace lasts about 30 minutes,
in the garden lasts about 45 minutes.

Self guided audio tours
Thanks to the Audioguides you will live an unforgettable experience. The audioguides, hi-fi discs with headphones for one or two people, are available at the ticket office in Italian, English, German and French. Rental is for one hour and thirty minutes. -
Guided tours to the palace
Guided tours in english, german, french, italian and other languages (duration about 35 minutes) are available on demand
This service costs 45 euro (30 euro for schoolgroups) for each guide.

Each guide can lead up to 50 persons (25-30 recommended).

private use are allowed only in the gardens).

7. Isola Madre - How to reach us
By car: Take the Autostrada dei Laghi (motorway) towards Gravellona Toce. Exit at Carpugnino and then follow signs for Stresa.
By boat: Isola Bella is connected to Stresa, Arona, Pallanza, Locarno, Laveno etc by the boats of the Navigazione Lago Maggiore company. The lake is served by a number of boat companies offering regular connections to all destinations. For information please call the Stresa Tourist Board (+39) 0323 30 150.
By train: Take the Ferrovie dello Stato (National Railways) Milan - Sempione line alight at Stresa station for connecting boats. Alternatively take the Ferrovie Nord (Railway), Milan - Laveno line, alighting at Laveno station, just a short distance from the boat and hydrofoil landing stage.
